It’s no surprise that most people would prefer to order their food rather than having to cook it themselves. (We’re looking at you, students!)

Seeds and nuts don’t sound extremely exciting but they are one of the best foods for energy.
In fact, nuts are considered a super food. But why are nuts so good for you? They contain fibre, healthy fats, vitamin and are a good source of protein. These amazing foods reduce your chances of both heart disease and diabetes.

Fruits and Vegetables
This shouldn’t come as a shock that fruits and veggies are one of the best foods for energy. They provide you with minerals and vitamins, such as vitamin C, folate and potassium.
They’re a source of dietary fibre which aids you in maintaining a healthy gut and can lower your chances of getting bowel cancer and heart disease. The great thing about fruits and veggies is that they come in such a variety of flavours and textures that you could never get bored of them.
And if you don’t like something, you can always substitute it for something else whilst still keeping your diet fresh and healthy.
Keep Your Brain and Body in Shape
Yes, eating a burger and fries may seem amazing at the time. But they contain very little nutritional value and it never seems to really fill you up unless you eat quite a bit. Basically, you’re not giving your brain and body what it needs to function at it’s best – you’re just filling your tummy.
